About Lane Street Design
Who am I?
Hey there! I am Gillian Patriquin, Interior Designer and Principal of Lane Street Design, LLC. I work with clients in the Denver, CO Metro Area, as well as online e-Design.
As the child who constantly moved furniture in my bedroom, then my parents living room, I knew I wanted to be a designer by the age of 10. I started renovating homes in college and then bought my first 1894 fixer-upper home and restored it to it's well-deserved former glory (all while raising a young family). Whether it's interior design, cabinet design, chainsaw or drill, I learned how to do it all and I have seen it all (well, almost)!
These days, I am busy working on renovations and new-build homes with people just like you, and of course raising my family!
My amazing family of 5 loves to explore the outdoors of Colorado on hikes and bikes.

My Philosophy
I have had a life-long relationship with interior design, cabinet design, décor and renovation. My passion for function, logic and beauty drives my esthetic.
My goal is for you to feel proud of your home because it feels like you. I get SUPER excited by helping you engineer efficiency in your space so you can spend more time enjoying your life!
My Process
Whether you have no idea what you want or you are eternally Pinning and never painting, I can help you finally make IT happen!
My process begins with finding out who you are and what you need for your space. From that, I will build your bespoke design. Next, SHOPPING!! Procurement and purchasing is a lot, but I will make it easy. I will put it all together for you. Finally, The Big Reveal!
